Everything Passes

Everything passes. Nobody gets anything for keeps.
And that's how we've got to live.

  1. What a beautiful photograph! I should say something much more descriptive or heartfelt but I don't have the words. I am really enjoying that picture. It made me stop and stare and clear my mind.

  2. Hi Morna, I know everything passes but I have a hard time accepting it. I am always thinking, there must be another way. Hope springs eternal. but i guess a sensible person would accept and deal. tough though.

    1. Doug pressed this spray of Lily of the Valley between two pieces of glass and then finished the edges with a brass (?) edge. This was about 25 years ago and it has sat in the window ever since! I absolutely love it. I tell him he should make more and I will sell them. Isn't that a good idea?

      Thanks for passing by. :-)
